What we collect
When you send a request, we collect your name, mobile number, society or area, and anything you write in the message. If you attach photos to a request, we keep those too. For community enquiries we also collect your role and the number of households.
Why we collect it
To call you back about your request and to provide the service you ask for. We do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
