What does the ₹99 membership include?
It costs ₹99 a year per household and puts your home on our books: a point of contact, your service history in one place and our response targets. Repairs are quoted and charged separately.
Are repairs free for members?
No. Each job is quoted separately and you approve the quote before any chargeable work starts. The membership is the relationship, not unlimited repairs.
How quickly do you come?
Our target is 24 hours for essential repairs and 48 to 72 hours for everything else. That depends on availability, site conditions and your approval of the quote.
Which areas do you serve?
We are starting in Nagaram and nearby communities in Hyderabad. We add an area only when we can keep our response times there.
Who will arrive at my door?
A technician in The Handymen uniform, sent by our office. Carpentry and painting are done by vetted partner crews that we manage.
Do I need an app or an account?
No. Call us, message us on WhatsApp or send the request form, and a person gets back to you.
